Noel is the best trainer I ever had. I have had many, but he is the best and the only one I will remain with for the rest or my life. He will get you going even if you don't want to be there or if you are tired. He is very encouraging and won't let you down. He is always reading and learning how to help each and every client of his especially me with back and neck problems.

Noel is an amazing trainer. His knowledge of the industry matched with his compassion for his clients makes him fabulous at what he does. He keeps me on my toes and makes working out fun!

Noel has been my trainer and friend for more than 6 years. I can't recommend Noel enough. He prepared me for my hip replacement by making sure my recovery period would be minimal - because the routines focused on those parts of the body that would need to be strengthened. He worked with me afterwards to see that I made a full recovery and that I was stronger than before the surgery. I don't have to win a body-building competition (I never will), but I appreciate the challenging stregthening training sessions evey week. No one is better than Noel Washington!!

Noel has been helping me manage my fitness and health for over two years. He is not just a personal trainer who helps with exercise and activities, but he is very aware of health issues that can affect your ability to be active. At the beginning of EVERY session, his first question is always "How are you today?" and it is not just a greeting. He figures out what your needs are on that day and modifies the workout specifically for you on that day. He is the best overall trainer I have met.

I have been working out with Noel for a few years. He is encouraging and always changes the workouts up to keep it interesting. His workouts are tough and never boring. I always think that there is something that I may not be able to do but I push myself (with a lot of encouragement) and I can and do do it. There are plenty of days that I want to cancel on him but I don't because I always feel great after his workout. I have a lot more energy and just feel a lot better. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
